After going there for two years of service on our MDXs, it was time to trade them in for two "new to us" MDXs. I have to say that our team at Sunnyside exceeded the high expectations they already set for themselves. - Before the decision to trade-in, Ray Hebert in service went the extra mile to work with Acura corporate to negotiate the lowest possible cost to repair one of our older MDXs. - We ultimately decided to tradeiin the vehicles (for personal reasons), and Ed Molina and Milo Rizhallah were very professional salespeople. First, they were very reasonable and courteous during the negotiating process. Then they worked very hard to make sure every detail was taken care of before pickup. - Back to Ray in service - during the purchase of the two "new" cars, Ray came out twice to look at issues we had questions about. He jumped right in to either answer the questions or remedy the issues. Both MDXs were in amazing shape out of his service department when we picked them up. - Finally, buying a car is not done until you work with the finance department. Idrissa Niang was extremely straightforward and helpful through what can otherwise be an arduous process. Overall - great job by the whole team. Our decision to buy at Sunnyside after being pleased with their service department was definitely the right way to go. Very happy.
I have been going here for years for service and loved it so I decided to get a new car here and that process went just as well as my service experience. Its a great place for all your Acura needs.
The service department is stellar! I went in today for a warranty replacement of my taillight on my 2016 Tlx due to condensation. They provided me with an amazing 2018 Tlx loaner with a heated steering wheel 🙂 They also provided a state inspection for me as it was coming due free of charge. Now that's what I call service, thanks Sunnyside Acura!
Although we didn't end up buying from Sunnyside Acura, I was impressed with the level of professionalism throughout the entire process. Wally and Sean were just great. We took out countless cars to test and ultimately decided to go in a different direction. We were greeted with nothing but graciousness upon our final decision. Taylor even offered us a cup of coffee on our way out the door. The entire facility was spotless too! No high pressure either. Make this your only stop when buying an Acura!
Very nice salespeople and managers, unfortunately we could not come to a deal as they wouldnt budge on the price of their car (stated it was already wholesale price, but other dealers had the same or similar prices). And wanted to give me too little for my car, they did offer a little more for my car when we negotiated but still couldn't come to an agreement. However as I stated very professional people that work there and very nice.
They always try to sell me an Acura when I bring my husbands in for annual maintenance. Can't a girl just look around and not buy anything? On a more serious note, Sunnyside Acura Customer Service is absolutely outstanding, I couldn't speak more highly of the staff. They are all so nice, easy to talk to, easy to work with, and always accommodating. The owner is such a great guy. They know their clients and they always make me feel like they remember me. Will definitely be buying my next car from them!

I recently had a great experience with Sunnyside Acura. Going to a car dealership can sometimes be a tough thing. These guys made it very easy. Mike Kean and the team made my investment a great experience! Looking for a new Acura this is definitely the place to start!
