I do not enjoy car shopping partly because I am in Sales and Marketing but Jimmy was a pure joy to work with at Sunnyside Acura. My whole family went car shopping and everyone loved Jimmy. He is so knowledgeable and personable, you do not feel he is trying to sell you something. You feel like he is giving you the information to make the best informed decision. If you are in the market for an Acura and are open to the possibilities and selections. call or visit with Jimmy. Even when he knew he had the deal closed he stayed until we were done with Finance and walked us out. He was also there when we picked up and did a complete walkthrough and setting of preferences. Two days later he called for a follow up to check in how things were working and has answered every single question. As a consumer, if you do not want to feel rushed or pressured into a buying decision then again Jimmy is your contact. In the Finance dept, similar stellar experience with Idriss. He was personable and excellent at conveying all the options. He totally understood the type of customers he was dealing with and we had smooth meetings. Knowing your customer in any business is critical. I cannot say enough nice things about our experience.
We arrived with just a few hours to look at the vehicle we wanted. Yet we did not feel rushed or pressured. I explained the features most important to me and ended up with the RDX rather then the MDX I thought was going to be a good fit. The RDX has all the features, and more, I need for my comfort, which are not available yet on the 2018 MDX. The sales staff worked great as a team making sure all my questions were answered and we were comfortable.
