    Jim Powers, owner of Sunnyside Acura, has been involved in the local community for many years. From supporting Nashua High athletic programs, to his involvement with and support of the Nashua Boys and Girls Club, he has always made a point of giving back to the community that supports his business.

    Jim began his career at Sunnyside Acura over twenty  years ago as sales manager, and has since purchased the dealership. As a dealer, Jim wasn't satisfied with the status quo. He joined the Acura National Dealer Council where he became the head of that group. Jim provided leadership to the dealer body when he brought the collective concerns and opinions of Acura dealers to the top people in the corporation.

    His dealership has gained special recognition by earning the much-sought-after Dealer of Distinction - Precision Team Award  seven  times over. Customer loyalty, gained by providing an unparalleled experience for every customer is one of the key principals that Jim has instilled in all of the associates who make up the Sunnyside team.

    Originally growing up on the banks of the Nile, Nadi Malek is not a stranger to the challenges of the world. Earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration while residing in Cairo allowed for a great perspective into the import and export market.

    In his early twenty's Nadi joined other family members claiming residency in Canada. In his late Twenty's Nadi moved to New Hampshire, working and representing a Swedish Automotive product line where he quickly moved up the ranks to Sales Director of multiple stores.  After an eight year tenure, Nadi took a position in the same role for a product line from the Asian market.  Nadi leveraged this opportunity to grow his experience and expertise in the automotive industry.  Two years later Nadi brought his expertise and vision to the team at Sunnyside Acura in Nashua. 

    Nadi has now settled in with a dealership and a product line that is the perfect combination where he describes it as "home"!

    I grew up in Acton, MA and moved to Nashua about three years ago.  I joined Sunnyside Acura in 2003 with this being my first entry in the automotive business.  My background is in Accounting and I enjoy the interaction with customers leading me to join Sunnyside Acura.

    I enjoy skiing during the winter and am a Certified Level 3 ski instructor.  I have taught skiing since 1975 while in college.  During the summer I play in a volleyball league and enjoy a round of golf when time permits.

    I have three great kids, two daughters in college and a son entering high school soon.

    My focus is to earn your business and make sure that all your needs are being met.

    I grew up in Acton mass, after moving to this country from Dominican Republic back in 1984.
     
    I have a Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, and prior to joining the automobile industry, I worked in Finance and Accounting for a mid size company for over 10 years
     
    I've been living in NH for the past 10 years, currently I live in Hudson, NH
     
    I've been in the automobile industry for 8 years, 3 of which have been with Sunnyside Acura.
     
    My hobbies are: to travel and have an opportunity to meet people from all over the world and learn a little about their cultures. Traveling was always something I've always wanted to do since I was very little and has remained a passion of mine. I have had the opportunity to travel to a lot of exotic places and have made friends all over the world.
     
    I enjoy working for a company that strives in providing excellent customer service, while providing a superior product.

    I started at Sunnyside Acura in Oct of 1989 as a car washer, then moved into the parts department as a delivery driver/counter person.  Within
    a few years I became a full time counter person, then became the assistant parts manager, then parts manager.  In January of 2007 I was asked to take on the role of parts and service director.
     
    I have two daughters and two step sons, during my off time I enjoy spending time with my family.  I also enjoy fishing, hunting, hiking and kayaking.

    I grew up in Dracut, MA and have recently moved to Connecticut.  As a freshman at Umass Amherst, I discovered the amazing world of the internet and all of the opportunities it had to offer.  My sales skills quickly shifted to the internet where I have been designing and marketing websites since 1998. 

    I was recently employed as a corporate account manager selling IT equipment and services to large companies up and down the east coast.  I was skilled at what I did but something was missing ...  I enjoyed building relationships and the marketing aspects, more than just the sales cycle itself.  While in the process of moving to CT, a Business Development position became available with Sunnyside Acura and I jumped at the opportunity to work with this group of managers and tenured sales staff.

    My goal at Sunnyside Acura is business development and new customer acquisition from any and all internet sources.  This position allows me to do what I am passionate about, marketing and building long lasting mutual beneficial relationships.  If there is anything at all, that I can help you with, please don't hesitate to contact me.

    When I am not working I can be found doing almost anything; riding motorcycles, metal detecting, panning for gold, and most recently trying to understand the art of making maple syrup.

    I am originally from Weymouth, MA, and graduated from Boston University. I moved to Amherst, NH in 1977 with my family for a new job location.

    After taking an early retirement from DEC in 1994, I took a position of Sales Associate for Sunnyside Acura, Nashua, NH in July of 1995. Since then I have achieved the American Honda Council of Sales Excellence Awards with the Silver, Gold and the Gold Master levels. I actually retired in June 2007, and returned to do some Sales Training for Sunnyside, eventually returned full time as Sales Associate in October of 2008.

    Since then, I have enjoyed making acquaintences with my past customers, and in 2009 I was awarded the Silver Level Council of Sales Excellence.

    In my spare time, I enjoy skiing, gardening and being with my three children and 2 grandchildren, who all reside in NH.

    I'm originally from Upstate New York and attended college at SUNY at Alfred. In my early career I worked as a Flight Attendant, a Legal Assistant for a Labor Law Firm, and was a Sales and Design Rep. for a "Custom Closet" design company.  I live in Amherst, New Hampshire and have been a member of the Amherst Junior Women's Club, a member of the Amherst "Friends of the Library" Board and also an active volunteer in the community.  I had the privilege of being able to stay home to raise two wonderful children, and while in the process, began my career in automotive sales.

     

    I've been a Sales Associate at Sunnyside for eleven years and am a member of the Acura Council of Sales Excellence.   I treat my clients as I would my own family and friends.  By listening to their needs, I can assist them in selecting a car they'll enjoy for many years to come, in a non-pressured environment.  

     

    In my spare time I like to work out, cook, garden, hike, play golf and spend time at the beach.
